When Covid turned the world upside down, I decided to build something new. I enrolled in a UX/UI design bootcamp and discovered that everything I'd done before — years of academic research in beauty and human behavior, over a decade of administrative experience spanning HR to accounting — had been quietly preparing me for this.
​
Good design isn't just aesthetic. It solves problems, prevents them, and drives real business results. That belief is the foundation of Feather and Scale Design, where I partner with artists, artisans, and small business owners to grow their brands through thoughtful web design, online stores, and content creation. From health beverages to cigars, no two projects look the same — and I love it that way.

What sets me apart? I don't just build websites; I deliver end-to-end business solutions. My clients come back because they see it in their numbers: better production, stronger revenue, and a brand presence that finally reflects the quality of their work. I've built a roster of happy, recurring clients, and that track record speaks louder than anything else I could put on this page.

A native Texan born and bred, I've spent my career as an admin, graphic, and web designer — backed by a lifelong passion for arts and crafts and two degrees from San Marcos, the little college town outside.
​
I loved that small Texas town and the natural beauty of the Hill Country, so I've tried to give back to my community in as many ways as I can, including event flyers for some of my favorite non-profits and serving as a member of the city Ethics Review Board.
​
When I'm not working or giving back, you'll find me catching live music, swimming in Texas rivers, or getting lost in a cheesy historical fiction novel. I have an adorable cat who reminds me regularly that she exists, and a small but growing orchid collection that somehow blooms most of the year. Come Halloween — or honestly, any event that'll have me — I show up in a costume I made myself, and I go all out.

I'm lucky to have a huge support network that keeps me busy, inspired, and grateful — and equally lucky to do work I genuinely love.
